Handmade lemonade from Aigio with chamomile, ginger, and mint ice cubes

Ingredients
1000g lemon juice
1000g granulated sugar
40g fresh ginger
5g chamomile
4 pcs. lemon peel
Mint, finely chopped
200g water
Method
Boil the water with the chamomile, lemon peels, ginger and sugar. When it reaches its boiling point and turns into a syrup, remove from the heat. Then add the lemon juice. Leave for 10′ and then strain the mixture and place it into sterile airtight bottles.
Dilute with water or soda and serve with finely chopped mint ice cubes.
