Moustalevria (traditional Greek grape must pudding) from Alissos

Ingredients
40g flour
45g fine semolina
1 lt. ready-made grape must (unfermented)
2 pcs. cinnamon stick
Crushed mastiha
Walnuts
Roasted sesame seeds
Toasted almond fillet
Zest of 1 orange
Molasses (optional)
Method
Lightly roast the flour and mix with some grape must until thickened. Then, in a pot, add the grape must, orange zest, crushed mastiha, 2 cinnamon sticks, semolina and a little bit of of molasses, then add the flour mixture and stir until thickened. Serve the grape must pudding in individual bowls and sprinkle with walnuts, roasted sesame seeds, and toasted almonds.
